Megan Friel
Consultant and Business Manager, WolfBrown
Megan Friel is a cultural researcher, arts administrator, and advocate for creative development. In her role as Consultant and Business Manager at WolfBrown, she supports cultural organizations in research and evaluation projects. She is deeply committed to helping organizations use research to inform their efforts to increase arts participation. Prior to joining WolfBrown, she worked in major gifts for the University of California, Berkeley’s Departments of Arts & Humanities and Social Sciences, supporting the University as they developed their arts initiative. She has also worked with the Stern Grove Festival Association, the De Young Museum, the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, and The Dorothy and Lillian Gish Prize. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of California, Davis and a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she focused her studies on research and evaluation.
