Lindsey Adams

Administrative Assistant, Youth Speaks, Inc.

Lindsey Adams is a queer Black-Korean San Francisco Bay Area native who is proud to call Oakland home. She is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a minor in African-American Studies. Since her undergraduate years, Lindsey has helped manage several youth development and education organizations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland, CA. Lindsey is currently the Administrative Assistant at Youth Speaks, a comprehensive arts-in-education organization based in San Francisco, where she serves to support the crucial operations work behind the scenes. In her free time, Lindsey writes creative nonfiction prose and poetry and has self-produced a zine of stories titled “Language”.
