Luiza Berthoud

Luiza Berthoud (b. 1988) is an art historian and writer originally from Taubate, Brazil. Before relocating to the Bay Area in 2014, Luiza studied filmmaking in France and curatorial practices in Brazil. Her research is focused on contemporary art and Latin American art. She has worked at the Pinacoteca Museum of Sao Paulo and in producing companies, and currently works at the Richmond Art Center and at the Contemporary Jewish Museum. Luiza holds a BA in Art History from San Francisco State University.
